Validation and Business Rules

1. Quotation Request Excel when sending to supplier should have all the items which are part of his contract, including the newly added items. But the newly added items will be highlighted in Grey so that supplier can figure out only the new additional items which are to be added in the contract.

2. Quotation Request when sending to supplier has to have valid email address of Supplier.
